5 Point Projects – COMO Varsity Lakes is a boutique 16-level mixed-use residential development located at 22 Lake Street, Varsity Lakes, positioned alongside the shores of Lake Orr on the Gold Coast. Delivered in partnership with Red & Co, the project will comprise 156 premium one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed to offer contemporary lakeside living within close proximity to Bond University and key lifestyle amenities.
The project has been thoughtfully designed to combine architectural sophistication with functional living, featuring curated rooftop amenities and landscaped communal spaces that enhance the resident experience. COMO aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in the Varsity Lakes precinct.
Construction commenced Q1 2026, with completion anticipated in Q4 2028.
